When you join The Weekly Moment, we store your email address, consent timestamp, signup source and subscription status. We use this information only to administer and deliver Instant Card Index emails.
Privacy-first analytics
The site records anonymous page views, outbound-link clicks and successful newsletter signups. These events contain the page path and, when relevant, only the referring or destination hostname. The application does not store your IP address, full referring URL, advertising identifier or browsing profile.
No advertising cookies
Instant Card Index does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable the site’s analytics beacon.
Service providers
The site’s hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine request information needed for security and reliable delivery under their own terms. We do not sell newsletter information or share it with data brokers.
Retention and your choices
Active newsletter records are kept while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribed records may be retained in inactive form to honor the opt-out and prevent accidental reactivation. You may unsubscribe here and rejoin later with fresh consent.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new review date. Before any paid membership, account system or additional tracking is introduced, this policy will be updated.
